Digital agency for car leasing and finance brokers

Car leasing website design is only half the job for a broker: the site has to publish thousands of PCH and BCH deals from live rate books, pass every FCA financial-promotion check and convert price-driven traffic into qualified leads. We build the site, the deal feeds and the compliance workflow, then run the SEO and PPC that keeps it fed.

Brokers arrange personal and business contract hire, PCP and HP, mostly online, and compete on price, search visibility and speed to contact. The deal engine is the product. Every one of thousands of offers needs a derivative, images, P11D, CO2 and BiK figures (usually cap hpi data), a funder rate, term and mileage options, and an initial rental that changes when the rate book does. The same deals then go out as feeds to Leasing.com and LeaseLoco, where a stale price is a wasted click. The BVRLA lease fleet stood at 1.98 million vehicles in Q3 2025, so the market is large, but the margin on each deal is thin and the buyer is comparing you against six tabs.

The regulator shapes the website more than the designer does. Under FCA CONC 3.5, any promotion that states a rate or cost of credit, even a monthly figure, triggers a representative example, and the representative APR must be one that at least 51% of customers responding to that promotion would actually get. Consumer Duty, in force since July 2023, applies to finance calculators, lead-generation journeys and how you treat vulnerable customers, not just to the paperwork at the end. The FCA motor-finance redress scheme (PS26/3) covers agreements from 6 April 2007 to 1 November 2024 and puts commission disclosure and claims-management traffic on every broker's radar. Note that the FCA is consulting on simplifying financial-promotion rules under CP26/15, so the rules will move again.

We build broker sites as compliance-first software. Deal templates carry the representative example as structured data so it cannot be dropped from a page or a paid ad by accident. Rate-book imports, funder changes and feed exports run on a schedule with a checksum, so what Leasing.com shows matches what your site shows. The CRM captures the enquiry, the deal reference and the consent basis, then routes it to a human inside the hour. On top of that we run SEO for the deal and model pages that actually rank, and PPC that respects the same representative-APR logic.

The usual problems

  • Every page is a financial promotion

A monthly price on a social post, a PPC ad or a category page needs the representative example and a compliant APR, and nobody in-house is checking all of them.

  • Deals go stale faster than the site updates

Rate books change, funders pull offers and the initial rental on the site no longer matches the quote, so the first phone call is an apology.

  • Vehicle data for thousands of derivatives

Spec, images, P11D, CO2 and BiK have to be right for every deal, and building it by hand from manufacturer PDFs does not scale.

  • Comparison-site feeds eat the margin

Leasing.com and LeaseLoco drive volume, but feed errors cost clicks and the leads still need a fast, compliant follow-up to convert.

  • Consumer Duty needs evidence, not intentions

You have to show that the journey is understandable, that vulnerable customers are considered and that outcomes are monitored. Most broker sites cannot.

  • Redress-scheme noise in the SERPs

Claims-management companies are bidding on your brand and finance terms, and buyers arrive nervous about commission.

Leasing & Finance Brokers: common questions

Does a leasing website need a representative example on every deal?

If a page or ad states a rate or a cost of credit, including a monthly rental with credit attached, FCA CONC 3 requires a representative example with a representative APR that at least 51% of responding customers could get. We build deal templates so the example travels with the price.

Where does the vehicle data for lease deals come from?

Most brokers license cap hpi for derivatives, P11D, CO2 and options, and pull images from the same or a manufacturer source. We import it on a schedule, map it to your funder rate books and keep BiK figures current so quotes match the site.

Can you feed our deals to Leasing.com and LeaseLoco?

Yes. We generate each comparison site's feed from the same deal database that powers your site, validate it before export and log rejections, so a rate-book change reaches every channel in one run rather than three spreadsheets.

How does Consumer Duty affect a broker website?

It applies to the whole journey: plain-language deal pages, calculators that do not mislead, clear fees, vulnerable-customer routes and records showing you monitor outcomes. We design and document the journey so your compliance officer has evidence, not screenshots.

Do you run PPC for car leasing brokers?

Yes. Ad copy and landing pages carry the representative example, negative keywords keep you off claims-management and redress terms you do not want, and campaigns are structured by model and contract type so the quote a buyer clicks is the quote they see.
