Who we are
dijitul automotive is a trading name of DIJITUL LTD, 11 St John St, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire NG18 1QJ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through dijitulautomotive.co.uk. Contact: [email protected] or 01623 650333.
What we collect and why
Enquiry forms. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, website address and message, plus the page you sent it from, the time and your IP address. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how visitors arrived, device and approximate location, and whether an enquiry was submitted. GA4 does not store full IP addresses, and we do not use it to identify individuals. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's tracking protection.
Spam protection. Forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical data about your browser to distinguish people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Who we share it with
Enquiry notifications are delivered by SMTP2GO (an email delivery provider) to our team. Our website is hosted in the UK and served through Cloudflare. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact so we can follow up and refer back to what was discussed, then deleted unless you have become a client, in which case records are kept for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by UK tax law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits, and Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use local storage to tell people from bots. You can block both in your browser without affecting how the site works.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
